Function:   SCHWEGO soft 1000 W speed is used for isopropyl alcohol (IPA)  free/reduced sheetfed offset printing. Optimized wetting agents allow an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) addition of maximum 4 %. This quantity of addition gradually can be reduced.

SCHWEGO soft 1000 N speed for water hardness as from 12° KH
     
Properties:  
  • Fast free-running behaviour
  • Stable ink-water emulsion
  • Stable adjustment of the pH-value
  • Reduced ink build-up on the damping rollers
  • Used for new Generation and fast running presses
  • Complexing of the hardness formers will prevent any deposits on the ink and damping rollers
  • Suitable for UV and special inks

Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO soft 1000 W and N speed remain stable for at least 12 months.

     
Quantity to add:   SCHWEGO soft 1000 W/N speed is added to the water with a share of about 2-4%.
