Chemical base: | Blend of anorganic and organic salts in water, free of sodiumnitrite, free of VOC | |
Properties: | SCHWEGO flash inhibitor 6845 prevent the formation from flash rust corrosion at the drying from water-based coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. SCHWEGO flash inhibitor 6845 reduces in-can-corrosion at storage of the paint. SCHWEGO flash inhibitor 6845 has no influence at the water resistance from the dry film. |
|
Applications: | SCHWEGO flash inhibitor 6845 can be used more or less in all water-based coating systems. Field of applications are industrial paints, anticorrosive coatings and DIY–paints. The efficiency from SCHWEGO flash inhibitor 6845 is independent from the kind of latices and emulsions. The use is possible in styrene/acrylate dispersions, pur – dispersions, pure acrylate dispersions, alkyd emulsions, epoxy emulsions and so on, beside formulations with pH-value lower than 5. We recommend SCHWEGO flash inhibitor 6844 for this application. |
