| Function: | SCHWEGO drier 8143 is a drying accelerant for offset printing ink. It will react with the fountain water emulsified into the printing ink and release oxygen. | |
| Properties: | • Accelerates the drying process of the printing ink | |
| • The drying works from inside | ||
| • The abrasion resistance of the ink is improved | ||
| • Any additional airing of the printed sheets is unnecessary | ||
| • Especially suitable for non-absorbing substrates | ||
| Application: | SCHWEGO drier 8143 is mixed into the printing ink with a spattle. | |
| Quantity to add: | 0.5 – 3 % | |
| Tip: | Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO drier 8143 remain stable for at least 24 months. | |
