Function: SCHWEGO soft 3000 A was developed for the extensive requirements and possibilities of heatset printing. Depending on the machine configuration and technical conditions, SCHWEGO soft 3000 A will also ensure printing without isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
SCHWEGO soft 3000 AW for water hardness up to 10° KH

SCHWEGO soft 3000 AN for water hardness from 8° to 14° KH

SCHWEGO soft 3000 AB for water hardness from 12° to 18° KH
Properties:
  • Defined adjustment of the surface and interfacial surface tension
  • Special wetting agents ensure a reduction of the water and ink flow
  • Excellent anti-linting behaviour (reduces lint build-up)
  • Stable adjustment of the pH-value
  • Fast running-free behaviour
  • Checked and released according to the default settings of the machine builders
Quantity to add: SCHWEGO soft 3000 A is added to the water with a ratio of 2-4%.

Do not storage under 5 ° C.

Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO soft 3000 AY remain stable for at least 12 months.
