| Chemical base: | Surface active polymers in a solvent mixture | |
| Properties: | BLISTER FREE 88 is an interfacially active additive, which influences the surface tension. This property reduces the formation of bubbles to a minimum during the production of coatings or during application. Any bubbles formed are quickly destroyed. BLISTER FREE 88 improves levelling. | |
| FDA-approval: | The non-volatile compound of BLISTER FREE 88 is listed in FDA (U. S. Food & Drug Administration), title 21, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), part 175.300. | |
| Applications: | BLISTER FREE 88 is especially suitable in polyester systems free from paraffins. BLISTER FREE 88 shows also good defoaming in epoxy, PUR and acrylate based systems. | |

| Processing: | The dosage is 0.1 - 0.5 %, calculated on total system. BLISTER FREE 88 should be added at the beginning of production. | |
| Storage: | Do not store BLISTER FREE 88 at temperatures below 5 °C and above 30 °C. Stir up before use. Keep it in a cool, well ventilated place. Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of BLISTER FREE 88 remain stable for at least 2 years, provided the original container is closed after use. | |
